Persopolis is also in the list of Unesco world heritage site, a must see when visiting Iran. The Persopolis although in ruins, it remains a jewel and a legacy of the Persian Empire. What you will see today is only a glimpse of its former glory, its proof that this ancient city was lost for thousands of years. Believing to be built in 518 B.C., I can only be in awe and be amazed of this structure.
